Order Processing and Approval

At Hydrojug, every order is carefully reviewed to ensure accuracy and to prevent fraud. This means we may restrict, cancel, or reject orders due to stock shortages, pricing errors, or suspicious activity. Once your order is approved, please allow 1-3 business days for processing.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically during checkout. After processing, expect shipment delivery times of 7-12 business days.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your Hydrojug order within 24 hours of placing it. Beyond this 24-hour period, orders enter automated fulfillment and cannot be canceled.

Returns and Refunds

Submit your return request within 14 calendar days after receiving your package.
Returns must be for unused products in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days once we inspect the returned product.
