Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unused, unworn, and in the exact condition received
Include all original packaging, tags, parts, and materials
Be suitable for resale after our inspection

Returns that lack original packaging or show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or abuse will not be accepted and are ineligible for a refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Personalized or custom-crafted products
Downloadable software or digital content
Gift certificates and gift cards
Products purchased on final sale or clearance
Items damaged after delivery caused by customer negligence

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only within 12 hours of purchase. To request cancellation, please contact us immediately at wesroblesytsr@outlook.com. Requests made after this window cannot be accommodated.

Refund Processing
